Long regarded as one of New England’s most progressive and inclusive towns, Provincetown welcomes all with its lively downtown, tranquil waterfront, and miles of walking and cycling trails for outdoor enthusiasts of all ages.

Sure, we’re biased, but even if you don’t arrive in Provincetown by sea, we recommend a visit to Provincetown Marina, where you can admire the boats, and get a taste of salt air… all for free!

Once you’ve experienced the marina, be sure to explore the spectacular Cape Cod National Seashore Park; we recommend the walking and cycling trail that’s easily accessed via Herring Cove and offers quintessentially New England views of the salt marshes surrounding Hatches Harbor.

Now that you’ve worked up an appetite, snag an outdoor table at the Canteen, where the lobster rolls are so fresh you just might get pinched. Not a fan of crustacean? Try the chicken or steak bomb.

Spend your afternoon taking in the sights along the colorful and lively Commercial Street, which is lined with myriad art galleries, boutiques, and bars, and packed with the welcoming energy and diversity Provincetown is known for.

Time to wind it down. And there’s no better way than in the company of the good people at 1620 Brew House which offers an amazing selection of craft beers and cocktails for your imbibing pleasure. The burgers are pretty swell, too!
