Boston Yacht Haven Inn Policies

DEPOSIT

1st-night charge taken at the time of confirming a reservation.

CANCELLATION AND DATE MODIFICATION POLICY

72 hours, if a cancellation is requested or a date is modified more than 72 hrs prior to arrival, the deposit is refunded.  If a cancellation is requested or a date is modified fewer than 72 hrs prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

BOOKING DETAILS

Special events, holidays, and weekends may be subject to minimum night stays. Group-block and corporate account bookings may be eligible for special pricing, discounts, and contains a separate cancellation policy. No special events or gatherings are permitted on the property due to the regulations of the commercial wharf association.

PETS

No pets are allowed at the Inn or in the Captains Lounge (an exception will be made for service dogs). Service dogs must be registered with the front desk and inn guests will incur a $125 deep cleaning fee per stay.

FINES

No smoking indoors or on the balconies. This includes the use of electronic smoking devices. Smoking fees start at $250. Excessively dirty rooms are subject to fees beginning at $250. Guests responsible for damage to property.

MINIMUM CHECK-IN

The minimum age to check in at the inn is 21.
